Our experienced team of Family Law solicitors offer legal services in all aspects of Family and Child Law. However we are not able to offer Legal Aid.
At John Hooper, we represent parents in respect of family law disputes relating to children, offering professional and sympathetic support throughout. Custody laws apply to all those observed as a “child” within the law of the corresponding country. A “child”, in England and Wales, is a person who is younger than 18 years of age. The courts have jurisdiction to make Orders in respect of child custody laws (whether or not there are divorce proceedings).
