What Are The Effects Of Divorce On Children?

    Custody Agreements

In most cases, parents do not tend to live together following a divorce. This means that the children need to be “shared” between the parents.

There are many variations on the theme as far as “child sharing” is concerned.

Sometimes the children are more or less shared equally between the parents. On other occasions, the children will spend most of their time with one parent and less time with the other.

If the parents can agree these arrangements – there is no need for the Court to make any Orders about the children.
