How Do I Get Orders For My Children During My Divorce?

    Resolutions And Agreements

To try and resolve these issues by agreement, you need to speak with your solicitor about this point. They will draw up the appropriate application. However, before you get the case into the Court, you and the other parent will need to attend mediation to see if the dispute cannot be resolved by agreement. If that is not possible or if either parent refuses to attend mediation, the only option then is to apply to the Court.
